I tested some of them and the ids seem to be the same as the old game, those are also not all of the items in the dlc but just the ones I personally wanted to spawn. All bosses have been revamped in some way, and some are even completely new, with animations and AI unique to Dark Souls 3.

This table seems to be missing the dlc items in the item lists, if anyone else wants to add them, paste this into the end of the item list while editing the ct file with notepad++ or whatever: The Convergence mod is an exhaustive overhaul of Dark Souls 3 with dozens of new weapons, hundreds of new spells, extensively revamped areas and maps, improved visuals, new enemies, bosses and much more.
